This was the best beauty experience I've ever had. Everyone was so nice. There was no wait time and everything was very clean. I did not feel like I was being rushed or just told anything. I received a follow up call to ask about my visit. It seems like customer service is really a top priority and I'll definitely be back. I want to try the CBD oil massage and not many places offer it so I'll definitely be back here.

This review is for Tatiana, wow, I'm so glad I found out about Tatiana. She was recommended from a lady in my neighborhood. I used to drive all the way to Katy, TX for blonde highlights. I also felt like I was overpaying my old salon.
Now that I have Tatiana, she is close by and her fee is reasonable. She is also fun to chat with while getting your hair done. The time flies by when I am in her chair. She is someone I genuinelly look forward to seeing when it's time to get a highlight. She's down to earth and I enjoy laughing and chatting when I visit her.

The experience was the worst in my life. I thought I would try a new salon because mine was closed due to hurricane harvey. So I purchased a Groupon for this salon First I waited over 45 minutes past my salon time not even offered a drink. When I asked for my haircut I never thought it would be so ugly for a long bob. She tried not to wash my hair at first saying she preferres to spray hair then wash it after its cut. Well I just turned worse from there. The back of my head is basically a picksey and long sides. I asked for a long bob. My hair was shoulder length. You can't fix this. I either

Tatiana is the absolute best hair stylist I have possibly ever had! I came here after I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. Unfortunately I wasn't told that I couldn't use the certificate towards my cut with Tatiana when I booked it since she is an independent contractor there BUT I didn't even care because she did such a fantastic job. I would have paid her twice as much as she charges! She perfectly understood what I was asking (keep my length and add long layers and texture) and executed it even more beautifully than I planned. Plus she is an absolute sweetheart. Highly

Word of advice, if you need to make an appointment at this place, call to make the appointment. Do not make the appointment online. Their online service for scheduling appointments is horrible. This rating is strictly for the online scheduling system. I was so frustrated and upset with how everything turned out when I made my appointment that I do not think I will be visiting this location again, which is a shame because I live in the neighborhood. They manager did call and offer me a free Chin wax, but I politely declined. I also felt like none of the technicians were ever available at a decent
