After calling all over Alexandria and Pineville in search of 2 new tires that I needed installed that same day, these folks not only stocked the ones I needed for a reasonable price but were also friendly and pleasant as they walked me through the details. This was a completely different experience than the other dealers whom I called first. I was in and out of their facility in 30 minutes or less despite the multitude of customers. They make driving 15 minutes outside of Alexandria worth your time! Will use them again.

Mr Brent and his staff are very friendly and really awesome. Very reasonably priced as well. They don't carry Firestone tires but were more than happy to order them for me and they arrived the next day. Had 4 new tires installed and balanced and it only took about 30 minutes. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

I had a nail in my tire , went to Good Year , I was told they would have to put car on rack to look and would have to wait . Salesman never looked at my tire . I decided not to stay , felt I was all about money to them , Walmart wouldn't touch it because of the location of nail . Mechanic referred me to Ball Tire . I was helped immediately , the mechanic pulled the nail with out and effort , it was barely in my tire . He checked for leaks and I was gone in 10 min and no charge . I recommend Ball Tire because they were very professional .

Great tire service and pricing but the alignment end of the business is shabby to say the least. Had my van aligned and was worse than when I arrived! Fella said I needed other extra parts and I checked book. Found out it is unnecessary! Talked to owner and he just stood there saying nothing! Took it down the street and was Aligned perfectly! What a rip off! Beware of the alignment shop!
