Mark and Shelley are consumate professionals. Shelley every year make sure to remind me well in advance that my backflow certification is due each year. I no longer wait for my city notification - instead I schedule with them for my testing to be done. They show up on time, execute with timeliness, and entertain my kids funny questions while performing the work. Can't say enough about this team. And, if you're one of the 150k or so Bay Area residents or contractors who know what I'm talking about - you should call ACME. They do back flow certifications and a lot more if you need them repaired.

I called them when our plumber no-showed. It was a rough situation because I needed the backflow test work done before I left out of town, and now I was kind of stuck. Mark went out of his way to help us out and fit us in his calendar. He was responsive, prompt, friendly and I got easy updates when he was on his way, and they followed up with it all electronically. Thank you! This was a huge help!
