Tim Cochran did an excellent job when I needed to find insurance for my company. Some insurance companies won't insure home inspection companies if they perform what are considered to be vital parts of an inspection. Superior Customer Service seems to be rather scarce these days. However there are still agencies available that do advertise they provide superior service to customers and back it up with their actions. I recently had a minor claim for my car with Travelers insurance that I had obtained through the Becton Insurance Agency. I contacted Jim Becton as to how to proceed to get my vehicle fixed. He outlined what I should do and what I could expect. Within 2-3 hours (ahead of his estimated response time), I received a call that asked for information and then re-outlined the steps that Jim had given me
