Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. My grandmother's funeral was held here back in 2019. Lovely service and everything and we paid as soon as the life insurance came in. We recently got an incredibly rude phone call a couple of weeks ago claiming we never paid and we still owed them thousands. We went down there later that day with the receipt to show we had paid for it and he was even more hateful and adamant we never paid. This wasn't some random clerk or mortician, but the owner himself. Twenty minutes later, his son dug the records out and confirmed we paid but someone else with our last name that wasn't even related owned thousands

My father passed away last week. Deal funeral home was called to pick him up. About 15 minutes later I get a call from them saying that they refused to pick up my father because my Mom's funeral was never paid for and that I should take my business to Crow-Hussell. He was extremely rude.

David and Brad Deal are amazing to work with, and Keith and the girls are amazing to deal with as well. When it came to the preparation for my mother's service. I would not have went anywhere else not only with David being a friend to our family for many many years. We have used Deals funeral home for almost our whole family. My mother would not have been happy with us if we would have when anywhere else. Due the the great work they do.
