I love our place we lived there for 8 months everything was so quiet all the time..I hardly see people walking around the complex has plenty of washers and dryers ..swimming pool was amazing and really clean all the time...Manny maintenance person was always so helpful cannot complain about anything not been fixed
at our apartment.. Martha the property manager was always soo helpful on any extra key or paper work I ask for .We got our own house now and it's time for us to enjoy this beautiful moment ...God it's good

In the past years I had lived in couple apartments and Cambria villa has been my favorite Martha the leasing lady was always so nice and friendly manny the maintenance guy was always on top of his work what ever I needed was done, No issue at all. I had to move due to financial issues but if I could I would totally move back to Cambria Villa Apartments.

My family lived here for almost 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff has been friendly and maintenance addressed any issues expeditiously. There was even a time when my son got lost, stopped by the office and they kindly looked after him until I got there. We especially loved the spacious layout of the apartment, as this was very helpful with our two energetic sons. We're only leaving because we're relocating to another state due to work.

Courteous service without hassles. The front-end leasing office were was accommodating and understanding of our work schedules. Although we had to re-schedule a few times before we were shown the apartment, their professionalism never wavered. The apartment complex was well kept and the rooms were very well prepared for move-in which is something I can't say of other place. Great experience thus far.

My aunt and cousin just moved into the Cambria Villa Apartments and it’s so calm and beautiful. I’ve been visiting for about a week and enjoying the community. The neighbors are friendly and the pool is divine. The grounds are well-kept. I understand that the complex, just recently, is under new management and I must say, from everything that I can see, they are doing an incredible job. I just recommended the Cambria Villa Apartments to a friend who’s looking to move in this area in the next month. I hope she takes it. Cambria Villa is a wonderful place to live!
