MCM Engineering is a Specialized Designer, Manufacturer and Supplier of 400 Hz Ground Power Products with over 35 years of design experience. We promote top performance and quality with our innovative, field-proven equipment and our commitment to total system performance responsibility. MCM is best known for our motor generator-based central systems.
The Sheltered Aisle ("Walk-in") is essentially an extension of the Electrical Equipment's outdoor enclosure that can provide a weather resistant working area in front of and to the sides of the Switchgear. The electrical components form an integral part of the structure. Typically these are not climate controlled (other than filtered air), although many features can be added as needed.
We have the ability to engineer and build a wide variety of products from simple to complex applications. Your project may be similar to summiting Mt, Everest & you may need a little help. We're glad to assist you! Please contact our Switchgear Sherpa. He's an electrical engineer with 25 years of experience designing electrical power distribution equipment.
MCM Engineering II is a specialist when it comes to West Coast EUSERC Metering sections as related to medium voltage Switchgear. We have the most current EUSERC standards on file in addition to the numerous Utility variations of the standards. MCM Engineering II has relationships with many of the utility engineers that will be approving your project, and often interfaces directly with them during the design stage.

Honestly, the boss was pretty disrespectful. When he interviewed me, he asked "Tell me a little about yourself, are you married." And I replied "No, we're engaged, but we haven't picked a date yet." He cuts me off and says "Okay, I don't need all the details." I don't understand why you would ask then? Just for that, I said no to the job.
