I have been a long time therapist here at Massage Green Spa. I specialize in Swedish, Sports, and Trigger Point. My favorite although is Deep Tissue and stretching within the Sports Massage.
The longer the massage, the more time your therapist has to learn your body and work on problem areas. All problems will not go away with just one session. It is recommended to get a massage at least once a month to maintain mobility and keep to stress at bay. Your massage therapist will use a combination of techniques that will focus on the feet and hands to restore wellness to the whole body.

Hot stone encourages blood flow throughout the body, and has a calming effect relieving pain and stress from the muscles. Kinesiology tape used to treat sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner's knee, and back pain. Also great for prenatal support. It microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscles and fascia below, creating a decompressive effect.

Just showed up for a scheduled massage (that I received a confirmation for yesterday) to find out that the place has been closed up for a week. Drove all the way out to find a sign on the door saying they are closed due to staffing. Ok, I get it.. Things are rough right now with finding/keeping employees. That doesn't excuse you from contacting clients to let them know that they're appointment will be cancelled.

Evan was a really great MT, and I loved the sauna. However, the customer service was sub par. You could never get a voice. All the MTs began to leave, and the one sauna wasn't working properly. They wouldn't fix it. Then one day, I called and there is a voice message that they are closed due to no staff. Yet, I'm still charged a monthly fee, which I'm told to dispute with my credit card. Management was horrible. This is the Rocky River, OH branch.

Just had a very disappointing experience with this business, which I've patronized with a membership over several years. I reinstated my membership in late February, just before COVID hit. The membership works by automatically charging a massage to your credit card each month. I elected to do 90-minute massages for $86 per month. On March 20, the spa sent an email to members announcing they would close but continue to charge for monthly massages during the lockdown that could be redeemed once the stay at home order was lifted. Great place once you find the right therapist ! I had to try several before we found a match ! I like a lot of pressure and Riley, Connie and Tiffany are my faves - they always work through all my knots and leave me feeling amazing ! My only issue is the 60 min massage is really 50 min and 90 min is an 80 min massage. Also the walls are thin and you can hear the people next to you -- if they are talking it kind of kills the relaxation vibe.

This place is so clean!!! People are very nice even though they are a little pushy with the memberships. I just have a bad massage every time I go here....I try them out every year. And I feel bad because the ladies are so nice!!! I do love the infrared sauna and that's great! Haven't tried the facials. So sorry I can't post a more glowing review.

I have received massages before, but this one was different. The massage was scheduled for 4 PM, but I did not get started until 4:30PM. It was supposed to be a 50 minute massage, but we were done by 5:15 PM. Those 5 minutes didn't really matter to me, but it was just an additional thing that I was unhappy about.
A few times during my massage, the masseuse would ask if the pressure was alright, etc. and I would respond. However, i'm not sure if he didn't hear me the other times, but there were a lot of instances where I would grimace, pull away, and verbalize that he was hurting

I found a Groupon for a couples massage for 1 hour. Before moving to Ohio I use to book a full body massage every few months to help alleviate my sore muscles in my back, neck, and arms due to TMJ. Since my boyfriend was coming up to Ohio to visit me plus our one year anniversary was coming up I figured, why not do something sweet and relaxing for both of us?!

My boyfriend purchased the couples massages and sauna groupon a couple months ago and we finally used it. The front desk staff was super accommodating with scheduling especially since we had to reschedule when my boyfriend got stuck working for the previously scheduled day, then when I called again to confirm the appointment. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the second you walk in it is relaxing and low lighting, I loved it. I almost got too relaxed filling out our paperwork.

The ambience is nice and relaxing. The staff was welcoming right when you come in the door. They have a very reasonable introductory rate and if you sign up for the monthly massage plan, it remains reasonable and you don't have a contract for it or anything.

Definitely reasonable priced massage, I got 90 minutes and added hot stones, it was around $100 I think? The massage was mediocre, lighting was way too bright, music too loud but not loud enough to drain out the breathing noises of my masseuse lol. I don't know if I'd go back, I'm use to super fancy spas not chain/membership places. My boyfriend booked it for me so definitely the thought that counts!

The most relaxing afternoon I have had in a long time! The atmosphere is calming right when you walk in the door. We started with an hour session in the sauna followed by a couples full body massage. Brooke and Crystal were phenomenal! Brooke knew exactly which spots to focus on to give me the best possible massage. At one point I heard her say "relax Brittni I've got you" it was the most comforting thing to hear and instantly made me relax.

My husband and I booked massages for our anniversary. I had been here in past so my massage was full price $79 my husband had the introductory rate $49 rate. I was hoping to get him to sign up for the monthly massages. The man who did my massage was very good but I could smell the strong scent of his being a smoker.
