Lesson learned! Always, always get your quote in writing. I was quoted one price in the morning, he had to order the tire and I came back later in the afternoon. After my car was already in the shop getting the tires on, he bills me for $200 more than what he quoted me. When I called him About it and very nicely explained the situation , he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and rudely said that is what the tires cost! I'll pay it this time but I'll never go back! Get the quote in writing before you leave.

The problem with Tire King is this...they deserve at least 7 stars but I can only award them 5. :(
I work just 5 minutes down the road and was told these guys have great prices and great service -- boy was I in for a treat!!
When I tried to pay up front, they laughed at me and asked me if I'm from the city! They said "you go get the work done and then you come and pay!"
I had to get 4 new tires put on my old lease and they had top quality and low prices, just as I had been told. And the service was way better than I could have ever imagined!! About 3-4 guys were working on me all at once! They

They care!! They take care of our family! My daughter had a slow leak: New tires, no nails, all sensors replaced and still had an issue - just needed some clean up on the wheels from oxidation. Charlie and Dan were always willing to solve the problem, no questions asked. I will always recommend them for their knowledge and their friendly customer service.

I went here about a month ago now, but have already recommended them more times than I can count. I suddenly found myself experiencing an odd sound from the rear tires on my way home. I didn't know who to call, being new to my area I called my neighbor, and he recommended I go here. I was nervous at first being a small female driving a newer car. What an easy, trustworthy place! I walked in after getting a flat and asked them what they can do for me. He took the tire and thoroughly inspected it and told me it was done for. He even showed me exactly where the slice was AND the piece of glass that was stuck inside the tire.
They didn't have a tire in my specific size and I was about to leave with the donut on my car, but the man at the desk told me to hang out and he'll check one more time to see if he can do anything since I was at least 50 miles from home.

Not only did my husband order the wrong tires but we didn't have the correct tool to get the bolts of in order to get new tires on! But that was no issue for the Owner and Staff at Tire King. They made sure I had the right tires and changed my all the lug nuts so I never had that issue again. As my 4 year old and I were waiting for my car to be done, one of mechanics bought my son a snack, played matchbox cars, and the owner gave him a t-shirt (which he put on as soon as we got home). The customer service was incredible and the tires were done in 20 min. I WILL recommend Tire King to
