I stumbled upon Sergio looking for a real estate coach but found someone who cared about my life holistically. As a result, we have focused not only on my real estate goals but my finances, soft skills, and family. The latter being crucial to my success and well being.

We moved to Pennsylvania from Wisconsin in 2017. Looking for a rental property from Wisconsin was stressful until we found Hearthfire Holdings. Sergio and Corinn were extremely helpful. They set up virtual walk throughs so we could "tour" a property. We rented a property with them for two years. As property managers, they were very responsive with maintenance requests (which were very minor and few).
After renting for 2 years, we were ready for a single family home, so we asked Sergio to be our real estate agent. Sergio was an amazing real estate agent and he made buying our first home simple

I've been a resident of a hearthfire property for almost 2 years. It is an incredible comparison to other properties I've lived at with large faceless management companies.
I remember the first year I was here, I was shocked when i received a holiday card from them.
The hearthfire team is responsive, available, and has a human touch to their interactions that makes me feel like a valued resident.

5 stars all the way! I honestly nothing but great things to say about Hearthfire Holdings / Sergio and Corinn. They were our first Philly apartment and I'm so thankful we found them, it was a wonderful experience.
Our unit was well built and beautifully finished! I loved how Sergio and Corinn were quick to respond when we reached out. In addition to that, they are very understanding when it comes to any issues that arise. We were treated fairly and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place in the Philly area.

So many good things to say about them- they're friendly, helpful, answer texts and emails quickly, paying rent online is a breeze, monthly cleaning service for the common areas rocks... the list goes on.
At the beginning of my year with them, the rental application process was a breeze and move-in painless. At the end, we received our security deposit refund quickly and they didn't go overboard on charges. All in all, it's very clear that they understand that success in business

Nothing but great things to say about this company and Sergio and Corinn. Class act all the way through.
