My wife and I had the pleasure of using the services of Harkes Realty & Associates for the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of our current home. We couldn't have made a better choice.
Our realtor, Fareeda Stokes, was very knowledgeable about the market and held our hand throughout the process on both ends. Our previous home sold within days of the listing, AND it sold above our asking price. (Cha-Ching!)
She was extremely patient with the search for our new home. I'm sure we must have been her most indecisive clients ever. My wife's vision was so far from my vision of our new home

The owner and broker is a consummate professional. I was handled with great professionalism and understanding. I purchased a foreclosure and that type of real estate transaction requires Great patience and Knowledge. Both of which, Fareeda possessed. I highly recommend this agency and in particular, Fareeda Stokes...for her experience and professionalism.
