Services
I love my job because I get to meet/build relationships with a ton of really neat people all over the area. The wages are good, the job is gratifying, and I love my boss and coworkers, too. We service a 20 minute drive radius around the center of town and you are typically assigned 2 homes a day. You are compensated for your time and additional mileage for occasional jobs outside our service area.
We place a hold on your card the evening before service, and you are charged the evening after service. No, but we recommend you be there at the beginning of your initial booking for our walkthrough. It allows us to best set expectations and gives you an opportunity to walk your home with us.
If you cannot be there, we ask that you be available by phone to discuss the findings of our walkthrough and set any expectations with you before moving forward with service.After your initial clean, we ask that you be available at least by text during your service to communicate any surprise, issues or emergencies with you.

I hired HomeMaid to come do a one time deep clean of my home. I filled out the application online & didn’t hear anything for a month. They called me the Wednesday before the Monday that was scheduled, to… confirm what I wanted cleaned, but I wanted to talk to my husband first before committing to a $200 clean. I recently was in need of a one-time cleaning service for my home. I did some research and found Homemaid Cleaning Service. It had good reviews and was a woman-owned business so I reached out to them. The owner, Brandi, contacted me and asked questions about the job, and I filled her in on my needs. She assured me that they would clean "surfaces top to bottom, side to side, in every nook and cranny".

Wow! After going through two other cleaning services over the past year and being disappointed, I'm so happy to have found HomeMaid! Brandi is extremely professional and worked around my busy schedule for my first cleaning. She really goes the extra mile. Very satisfied customer!
Addendum to review:
A day after posting I keep finding little things Brandi worked on that just go above and beyond like scrubbing the underside lip of plastic in my bathtub that no one can see unless you are laying in the tub. Super impressed!

Everyone here was so helpful and nice! I worked with Brandi-- VERY efficient and returning texts and messages--to determine a budget and the best fit for my cleaning needs. They scheduled the appointment same week, which was super surprising being a holiday week and all, and the girls who did the cleaning were efficient and super friendly to both me and my pet! Quality of work absolutely exceeded my expectations! Would definitely recommend HomeMaid for anyone looking for cleaning or organizational services!
