Only gave one star because I had to, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL staff . I’ve had to prove previous rent payments to them , random unexpected charges LOUD neighbors, so much confusion from staff , I moved out 2 months ago and I am still being charged for apartment insurance that I signed up with them, when I called to tell them they said they do not have insurance and didn’t know what I was talking about however the company Resident Insure says they are one of their clients and the apartments DO sign customers up with them.

The return-deposit process for Oyster Creek has not been returned in a reasonable time frame. It has been 8 months and my deposit has not been mailed back to me. I have sent multiple emails and have spoken with the staff about this concern and have not received an update at all. I’ve been given the run around about the new owners and how they have taken over but this process shouldn’t last this long. I have ccd management in emails and still nothing. This process needs to be looked into ASAP

This place is terrible. Roaches and rats and they increase the rent ALL the time. It's supposed to be all new appliances and refurbished but it's not. I have a useless bathroom, water dribbles out, touch something and it literally breaks off in your hand. The city inspector checks each one beforehand and passes them. It's frustrating. Terrible new management Place 10, Kington should have never sold. I could go on but there's no use, they delete negative reviews anyway. Peace out
