I submitted a service request through first American home warranty online. A few minutes later, Austin sent me a text and called me to set up an appointment for only two days later! They gave me a two hour service window and they provided a way to track my technician on his way to my house, perfectly in the middle of the two hour window! The technician was efficient and pleasant and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes! It was unbelievable ! I definitely recommend!

Austin's has been out a few times through our home warranty agency. They have been punctual, professional, and very helpful. Eduardo has been out each time and is very informative. We are new homeowners and he is nicely enough to explain things that are happening and any repairs/maintenance necessary. We have spoke to Heather over the phone each time and she is always courteous and forthcoming with information. We have enjoyed having them out to help us with our first home.

Auston Heating and Air’s “professional tech” brought his partner, Austin, with him to work. He introduced him as a “fresh out of high school kid who helps me.” When I asked if he was trained, Michael responded “No, but I’m the one working, not him.” I then politely said “I honestly don’t feel comfortable having a trainee work on my unit.” Michael then said “Well, I don’t see the problem. He’s here to help me.” He then walked to the door and yelled to his partner, “Hey Austin, you’re not allowed in here. I don’t know why. She doesn’t want you in here.” He

The technician that came out, I believe his name was Michael, was just awesome! Answered all my questions and you can tell he knows what his doing, and that is huge plus for us!

This is the second time I've used this company -Austin Heating & Air- and they did a great job and were quick and thorough. The technician (Steven) was informative, courteous and actually took time to explain what needed to be done for my unit. I definitely will use them again.

I can't say thank you enough to this company. Our A/C went out in the evening (of course) during a sweltering heat wave. Austin Heating and Air showed up at 7:00am the next morning. They provided automated text messages stating when a technician was assigned and it updated when he was on his way. I felt like I got a fair price and the work was completed within one hour and our house was blowing colder than it ever has. I highly recommend this company.

Came out last week for a tune up I know the guy washed out the evaporator, he took my water hose on the roof. Noticed some water leaking from the roof yesterday got up on the roof and opened up the unit myself and found all this. If you’re going to wash out the evaporator, where is all the dirt going? Oh wait I think I know!

Previous company tried to convince me my HVAC unit was dead and needed to be replaced. Eduardo at Austin fixed the issue within minutes. Good, honest service.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They lag so bad and lie. They didn’t order the parts for our AC until about a week or so after when they told us it would be ordered within the hour. The part was already ready for pick and they kept saying it wouldn’t be ready for another week. We went almost a month without AC in 100+ degree weather. Before moving there was a leak fixed on our AC which their tech removed. So we ended up with a leak after they did their repairs. They also crushed a solar panel for our backyard lights. It was all together awful. They postponed everything as much

Called warranty company and they called Austin heating the girl was very nice and tried to get us in asap, they were able to get us in right away,,The guy came and took care of the job with no problem. So happy since it has been in the 90's. Thanks for a great job

Really disappointed that I was given incorrect info and then was charged $125 twice by my home warranty company because the technician didn't know what he was doing that I needed to have another company come out. All they do is warranty company work so they could care less about you. We've been so cold for over 2 weeks. Call Acclimate or request to have American Home Shield assign a different contractor.

They are extremely unprofessional and they lie - they are in cahoots w the home warranty companies. Should be zero rating! Ughhhh

Came through an order with our home warranty. Danny the technician came and connected something to the back, total of 5 minutes, and told me that we need a new unit and will recommend on the report. WRONG!
What they actually put is there are parts missing and not covered under warranty. They're avoiding replacing the unit because their profit drops!
DO NOT use Austin Heating and Air.
When using someone else
- ask to see the report and provide a copy before leaving.
