Man, this place is so good. I got a tostada de aguachile that was delicious and fresh. Then I got a shrimp ceviche tostada that was so good. I got a fish and shrimp taco and both were huge and incredibly satiating. I am so happy I found this gem of a spot.
To top everything off I got a delicious michelada with a Bohemia and I loved it! I can't wait to come back. The chef makes everything fresh and on the spot and it's so nice to see how clean the restaurant is. I love being able to see my food being cooked and the clean kitchen facility. Got the fish tacos to go and upon going to my car to eat they were stone cold. Their take out service is disorganized and these tacos sat way too long before being served to me.
Second issue was that the amount of batter used was way to excessive. Had to tear a lot of the batter off to get some small enjoyment of the actual fish. Bad technical error on the part of the cook.
But the beans, rice, and hot sauces are on point. Hence the 2 stars

Came back to give this place another chance. Ordered shrimp burrito and it was a solid strong effort. Brings my review of this place up

My husband and I came five times to find out all their doors are locked every single damn time, we check the website hours as well. we called three times and they always said they're open... then when we show up their doors are locked but the sign says open. I'm so annoyed that we drive 20 minutes to finally try the damn place and they're never open.

I didn't realize this was here since it isn't visible from hospitality but a pop up with G Spot Desserts brought my friends and I to this place. Since we were covered for dessert, we decided to try it out and the food was amazing.
We had Nachos with Carnitas and their fries with Pastor and even with 5 of us there, it was tons of food. I definitely will be back soon to try the surf and turf

Rude cashier. Had to repeat my order multiple times, easy order..., 4 fish tacos, 3 shrimp tacos and 1 carne asada taco..., not difficult, cashier had huge attitude when asking me to repeat. I dont think she was listening, It was as if she had her thoughts elsewhere.
The soda fountain dispensed slightly colored water, let the cashier know after several attempts to get her attention. She nodded yes, rolled her eyes and walked away. The food was good.. no doubt about it.. but the service doesn't give justice for people who only have few minutes to drive and eat.. people choose to order online to lessen the wait time. so if you guys tell your customers that their order is ready on a specific time... please make sure that the food is ready! do not make us wait another 30 mins. 1st time you did this to us we let it slide.. but he 2nd time? oh no... it's unacceptable! we are not paying good amount of money just for good food.. but GOOD SERVICE TOO!

Found this restaurant when I was looking for a burrito place not too far from my hotel.
This one is down the street in a shopping plaza.
The establishment looks fresh and clean, it reminded me almost of a ice cream place.
The food is made fresh right in front of your eyes. An my order came faster than I expected, which is always good when you're hungry.
They didn't lie when I asked how big the burrito would be... BIG!
Generous with shrimp and a right amount of Carne Asada, and not too much rice. I enjoyed it, if it hadn't filled me up completely I would've ordered some

The serving size and flavor were its saving grace. The grumble stopped when we bite into our food. I can see the white fish in my grilled fish burrito. I like the red salsa too, which has some kicks in it.

Been here several times since my last review. Had their Carne asada and surf n turf fries. Had a few more dishes from their seafood menu. In general, things were at worst standard fare to really good. I can say that you're unlikely to find another Mexican seafood place within 10 miles that is better than here.
Now, the 2 dishes that I've had recently that is making me update my review are the surf n turf fries and the camarones al mojo de ajo.
The surf n turf fries are hefty. Definitely not something to be eaten solo. For some reason, the addition of the shrimp just make these fries significantly

Came here for dinner and was not disappointed! Everything we ordered was delicious and tasted fresh. The shrimp tacos were packed with flavor, and the diablo shrimp is actually extremely spicy! I love spicy so it's rare when something is so hot it has my eyes watering. They have beer on draft, as well as craft beer cans and hard seltzer's. You can't go wrong with their oysters either. Come out to the area to work from San Fernando and won't lie while there are other options around this is the only place I tend to eat at while out here.
Foods great and full of flavor, beer battered shrimp the way to go in my opinion along with any of their ceviches. Asada is also very good, not too greasy or over seasoned.
Piece of advice though call ahead and place your order during lunch hours.

THEY DO NOT SERVE CHILAQUILES AFTER NOON!!! I wish they did because that's what I wanted to try (thanks Tiktok) but I settled for the fish burrito. There is a sign that warns that your food could take up to 40 minutes during their peak lunch hour so plan accordingly. The burrito was large and tasted good. The staff were friendly. I went around 1pm and didn't wait longer than 10 minutes. I will be back for the chilequiles! Before noon

I haven't dined out that much in the past year but recently dined here twice. It's so good, we had to come back and actually order the same thing as the first time. My husband loves the tostada mixta. I get the surf & turf nachos, which I think is a lot of food and worth the $13+, especially because they put on a lot of big fat shrimp. Please don't tell me how many calories are in it--to me, it's a salad *wink*. The restroom was open both times we went, btw. They have indoor and outside seating. They have fountain drinks and self-serve refills. They serve margaritas

I asked if that meant I couldn't order and she just looked at me and didn't respond lol. I also tried calling at 6:30 and they let the phone go to voicemail, I'm certain cause they don't want to have any more orders
Why don't you change your hours if you're not going to serve customers before you close?
