Services
Neural Reset Therapy (NRT) - is a unique soft-tissue therapy quite different from traditional massage. This technique allows the therapist to reset the nervous system to release muscles from excessive tension and pain within seconds. In your body, there are specialized nerve bundles called mechanoreceptors.
Very relaxing massage. Irina is terrific. She seems to have a special technique (at least I have not encountered before) that is very effective in loosing up tight muscles and bringing swift relief. And the overall massage is also terrific. Irina is fantastic. She starts every appointment with a conversation about any issues or concerns about your body.

It is always such a relaxing experience seeing Irina at White Orchid! There is such a calm feeling you get when you walk in to the clean, fresh, cozy massage room and Irina is very knowledgable and gives a fantastic massage zeroing in on any areas that may be bothering me. You should definitely go...you won't be disappointed!!!

My go to place for any sort of muscle or nerve pain. A pinched nerve can cause such migraines, a massage at this place fixes most if not all of those issues, just make sure to talk to your massage therapist prior to massage so they know what is bothering you and what they need to work on. Very knowledgeable staff.

I have been getting massages for many years. I have had massages at some of the most wonderful spas in the country and I generally find someone nearby who is excellent. I had tried several therapists in the Sudbury, Marlborough area and no one really seemed to have that "magic" touch until I visited White Orchid. Since then, I have been using only Irina as my therapist and I have never found someone who is completely and intuitively in touch with her clients as she is. I went there a couple months ago for a massage and I will definitely be not only be going back, but recommending this place to everyone. The location is quiet, clean and comfortable. By boyfriend and I got a couples massage and both of our masseuses were great; leaving us feel so relaxed. It was my best massage experience, please check it out and support this local business!
