I purchased a townhouse on the Island as part of a 1031. Marilyn Bean was our realtor and she did a great job. She had the houses we were going to see arranged for the days we were in town, she submitted our offer and had us under contract before we left town. She kept us appraised of all deadlines and kept everything on schedule with us 2000 miles away. Good experience!
