This company has really gone down hill. We have used them for 10+ years and in the past their customer service and quality has been great. Not anymore. We recently placed a clothing printing order and am left feeling very dissatisfied. First off the whole ordering process took forever and Tim was extremely unprofessional to work with. Even telling my office staff "that he cringed every time he saw an email from her". I complained to the manager Ken who talked to Tim later and told me he was joking. No he wasn't, but ok. He was super opinionated about the brand of clothing we wanted

I have seen their work and they do more than an outstanding job at everything they do.

Dolphin prints high quality tee shirts from Ai files and does a good job with complicated files, though a little heavy on the ink. Have worked with them for 9 years out of area. Heidi was wonderful to work with, but sadly, she left several years ago. If they paired their production expertise with just a little less abrasive customer service, they would get a better rating.

I am a usually a very polite person and I was nothing but polite when called Dolphin Graphics. I am a graphic designer and I needed t-shirts for a band I am designing for. I call this company talking to a man on the phone. I needed to buy 50 Shirts with my logo. (Pretty Big Investment) I explain to him that I would first need a test shirt and I would pay for it. I did not want to buy 50 shirts and the band doesn't like it. The man on the phone told me I could not buy just 1 shirt but id have to get at least 25 shirts, then he referred me to their website were I could get 1 shirt online. That

Was excited to use someone in my hometown for multiple things I needed made - found out the hard way as to why business is rapidly moving OUT of town.

First, needed new shirts for our company as we had done business with them in the past. I called while I was at work and was told that "someone would get back to me" with a bid referencing what we needed to get done. Over a week and a half finally passed before they even bothered to call me back to see if we were still interested, which we weren't because I went through Costco to get what we needed done.

These guys came to our shop and took photos of us for some event. The photographer who I later was told was the owner was rude and pushy. Then on top of it he didn't know what he was doing and the whole thing took like 6 hours when they told us it would only take 1. When we finally saw the final product it was terrible. Total waste of time and money. Never again
