There may be up to four air handlers for any single condenser unit, and each gets its own thermostat and is typically also controlled by a master thermostat.

We called because the handler was leaking water. They told us we needed a new system. We paid for a new system. The unit is still leaking. They told us they would come fix it. They have failed to come it has been over a month. They are a terrible business.

We asked the AC guys to wash their hands BOTH days they were here. The first time they refused and said they would use hand sanitizer. The second day, both my husband and I asked and the AC man didn't even ANSWER us. He did not say a word to us or wash his hands after we asked and we're in the middle of a PANDEMIC. I'm very susceptible to dying from COVID-19 and your team didn't care enough to simply wash their hands, or wear gloves I offered. This is unacceptable. I don't leave my home so if I catch COVID, I'll know where I caught it and who I caught it from - your company. How dare you risk other

My A/C stopped working properly. We just bought our home about a month ago. My wife called these people for help. They said it was $75 for an inspection. Chad seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, walked around, spent much of his time on his phone talking to someone else. Then, chad said we would need to replace the compressor and told us we could be without air conditioning for a week or more. Chad never fixed anything and approached my wife and said we owed him $400. Needless to say, that didn’t happen and Chad went off to scam someone else. Stay away and go to Precision air condition

I highly recommend them for your AC needs! My Mom had purchased a new unit from them almost 2 years ago... I called them with questions about a noise and it turned out to be a condensate pump, separate from the actual system. Bryan the GM came out on a Sunday (no charge) checked everything out and discovered that the pump was very old and needed to be replaced, which I knew from its age and the noises it was making and not draining properly which affects the working capacity of the unit. James (service manager) was amazing! Knowledgeable and patient with my questions... showed me how to maintain
