Services
Traditionally structured lessons support physical and personal development starting where each student is. We teach in an encouraging, family-friendly style to build fitness, coordination, self-confidence and skills. OMS Colorado is grateful for our hosts, Grace Yoga, who provide mat time at their wellness center.
Small group lessons on mat with masks as recommended by Larimer county health department (to keep pandemic in control). Minimum of 20 classes required to apply for testing. Home Practice is required!. 2021 is the 22nd anniversary of Master W. T. Alexander founding Oriental Moo-Do School of Colorado.
Our curriculum helps students develop courtesy, focus, perseverance, integrity and indomitable spirit (grit) on the mat to use in all stages of life. These tenets of taekwondo and character traits are linked with life success. Instructors are trained as sparring and sport poomsae referees and we encourage students to participate in tournaments for self-development.
