My Fiance and I went into J.P. hasse to buy an engagement ring and we met with Anna. I did not know that much about diamonds prior to this. Anna took the time to show us all about them including color, size and quality. The whole process was very informative and and in the end she helped myself and my Fiance pick out a spectacular ring with a wow factor that made my Fiance cry when she put it on. I'm glad we went to J.P. Hasse and our hats off to Anna she is the best!

DO NOT ANY JEWELRY THERE TO BE FIXED UNLESS YOU WEIGH IT! Itook an heirloom ring in to have a prong fixed and after I got it back I realized that they had shaved / carved out all of the gold in the back of the ring!!!! Went to confront him he made loud and obnoxious remarks to me telling me that I was crazy! Now the heirloom ring is sitting in a safe because every time I see it I get upset knowing that my grandfather's sacrifice was stolen from my family!

This place sucks! Zero sense of professionalism, let alone bsuiness ettiquette. My husband and I stopped here to try on engagement rings. We were welcomed by some old guy slouching behind the counter. Beyond a quick "hello", he was sloppy, rude, and impatient. Mid-way through our exchange, he ordered another store associate over, because he couldn't be bothered to get up and cultivate a potential business relationship. Instead, he offered the first ring piece he laid eyes on-No what can I do to help you today?.. What is it you have in mind?...what's your price point?..ect

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Anna provided beyond excellent service. I knew shopping for an engagement ring was going to be hard, however, Anna made the process very stress-free and adapted to the current situation. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and cared more about making me happy versus making another sale. I visited multiple shops around town, trust me--go to J.P. Haase and ask for Anna, or Linda. If not there, the owner Joe will take care of you. I promise.

JP Haase's has been my jeweler since the 90s. I've had beautiful custom work pieces done there. I was able to trade in my old wedding ring for two new gold bands and $1000 cash. That paid for our destination wedding in Las Vegas. Jack and Joe have always been honest, professional and fair with their pricing. When I need jewelry, I come here. Way better than Kesslers where I stood in the store for over 20 minutes waiting for acknowledgement and never got it. Better than Shallow Jewelers where everything is overpriced and they try to hard sell you on having your current jewelry 'fixed

Bought a ring from them 16years ago and wanted to exchange ring for something different. I had original paper work and receipt. I was told my ring was not even worth half of what I paid. Wow... Even my vvs1 diamond was worth squat, but of course that is not what they said to me when I bought it. I'm doing business somewhere else form now on.
