I offer Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Couples Counseling, Marriage Counseling, Family Therapy, Infant Mental Health, Child and Adolescence Therapy. I strive to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible and understand that every client is different. Therefore, my approach to therapy is unique to fit the needs of every client.
Therapy can be a life changing experience. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to receive counseling and should not be limited in the quality of care because of his or her financial situation. I operate on a sliding scale and will work with every client so that participating in therapy is financially possible.

I live in another city now, but I still remember Shauna as being a very caring counselor who made me feel heard. At first I was a bit uncomfortable, and sometimes it seemed like she was staring into your soul (lol) -- but I could tell that she truly wanted to help me find my own tools to process things differently/better, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.
