This is the worst experience I have ever had in getting a car. Please listen to me when I say don't buy a vehicle or tires. The owner is a preacher and I felt like I would be dealing with an honest establishment but it's not. Curtis the person over auto and tonya in the office are both the nicest ppl until the sale is over and then nothing but rude. I have never been spoken to so harsh in my life. I have a vehicle that is junk. I am done paying for it and I could not get 500 for it now when I spent well over 12k in 18 months. They even promised me new tires but after signing refused.

Honestly, I ways feel like I'm being overcharged for auto care/maintenance BUT at D&J I don't. I walked in for two new front tires, and paid only $177. Normally, one tire for me is like 200-something. I was expected to pay way more, so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff didn't try to sale me a bunch of stuff I don't need, and they did an excellent job providing me the service I asked for. I was so impressed with Phillip (store manager) and his staff I got a yelp account to write this review. Awesome place! I'll definitely be doing all my auto stuff here from now

Wow, excellent customer service and good price. I called several local tire and discount stores looking for a full set of tires for my Honda CRV. The manager was helpful and very friendly. Get this....when I was ready to come in about a week later I called to see how busy they were and they remembered me! Almost unheard of these days. When I got to the shop I was warmly greeted and offered coffee. I will tell everyone I know to go to D&J for tires.
