I help our customers with all aspects of their financial lives. As I grew to know and love State Farm and the work that I do for all of our customers, it quickly became more than a job to me. Great people, great service and warm hospitality. Great products that fit your budget and sales team always eager to present you with new products. I mean, you don’t ever have to ask….they’ll call and inform you. I always look forward to fielding a call from the people at Josh Shockley State Farm, and even from Josh Shockley himself. I have been with Doris Shockley for over 35 years but within a year if the brothers taking over the service has gone south quickly. Last conversation I was told I would receive a call back and that has been over a month ago. Moving to another agent.
