Lorrie at Haylor Freyer & Coon was dishonest in an attempt to earn our business. She did not follow through on changing the effective date of a policy, which she had confirmed via email that she had resulting in a shortage on our refund check. I am working with the insurance company directly to get the issue corrected. I was an insurance agent for 5 years and understand what good service in the industry looks like, you will not find that through Haylor Freyer & Coon.
