The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my grandmother, she hurt her back and was going to call in for an appointment and the lady said we don’t have any openings today and kept acting like there was no way she could get an appointment, she asked her sister who goes there regularly to call in for an appointment shortly after and she was told to come in that afternoon, my grandmother has went there for years and brought me and my brothers there since I was a young child, Dr. Sandifer has always been very nice but no one deserves to be treated like they are having to beg for a appointment
