Services
At Eclipse, we specialize in the printing and fabrication of parts for the electronics market. We possess in-house laser cutting and digital printing capabilities, which are the perfect tools for prototypes and small/custom production runs. Higher volume parts are typically silk-screened and die-cut, and may include embossing to add to the visual and functional appeal.
Eclipse is proud of being a member of INWAC - the Inland Northwest Aerospace Consortium. We are committed to providing screen and digital printing solutions to the aerospace industry. Additionally, we have recently expanded our gasket fabrication capabilities to provide a broader product offering to our customers.
General industrial applications can run the gamut from harsh environment labeling to ruggedized membrane switches. Regardless of the specific application, the common thread is a need for quality, performance, and on-time delivery. We work with our customers in every phase of program management from design review to supply chain management, to ensure a superior level of service.
At Eclipse, we recognize that the medical industry places high importance on quality and documentation, whether it is for medical devices or consumable products. To that end, we incorporate both in-process inspection and final assembly testing into our workflow. We have 100% inspection on all of our membrane switches, and each one is tagged with lot information for traceability.
We provide screen or digital printing on a variety of plastic substrates, with or without pressure-sensitive adhesive. Our laser and die cutting capabilities allow us to create overlays with complex geometry to accommodate your interface requirements. Selective texturing and dead front displays are also part of our toolkit.
