Fred Zimmerman was referred to us in conversation by a family member as Fred's crew had done her fence. My wife and I had several contractors provide an estimate for the demolition/re-construction and expansion of our presently small deck. Fred stood out from the rest - no fancy trucks with allot of signs etc., no embroidered shirts, very low key.

Fred was great! I’m so happy with the fencing job that was completed! He was responsive and professional. He wrapped up the project quickly with no lose ends. The quote was comparable to others I had received - and the service was definitely the better.

We had our home powerwashed roofing and siding. They were prompt with arrival time went to work immediately, we have 4 story home wanted top of roof cleaned Mr Zimmerman went up on ladder and took pictures letting me know it did not need to be done saved us $$ such a honest person.
End results beautiful having fencing and decking done next.

Fred is a professional and conscious person who takes pride in his work.
I had Fred and his crew install 130 ft. of stockade privacy fence for the area around our swimming pool. Fred and his men always showed up at the designated time until completion of the job. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fred again for further projects.

I will definitely use Zimmerman Roofing and Construction again in the future. Fred and his team were quick to respond to my call and did a great job. They were able to fix my concerns and, when they realized the job was larger than initially thought, they made sure it was done well and at a fair price. While on the job, Fred was also kind enough to address some smaller issues inside my home (shaky banister) for which he charged me minimally. When working with Zimmerman Roofing and Construction, I feel secure that I am not getting taken advantage of and that I am receiving quality service.

The entire crew was awesome. I was surprised at how detailed they were on the trimming and just on everything all around, outstanding job. The price was great for the job they completed. Do not fool yourself when they pull up and they may have equipment that's older, they just might be the ones that take pride in what they do. Fred does and his workers show it. Thank you.
