Can’t say enough about the service I received today from On The Level Plumbing. I received a call this morning from my daughter saying our hot water heater was leaking. I remembered that I met the owner at a local grocery store and he gave me his number. I called them and within a couple of hours they were here and getting my hot water up and… running.
Would like to thank Ian and Dan for taking care of me so quickly , professionally and efficiently. If anyone is in need of a plumbing service or any other services they offer don’t hesitate to call them.

Do not believe any testimonials on their web site..complete BS...they have been soaking my credit card for 2 months and have not returned my phone calls for the past several months..I have made at least 8 phone calls to their phone service with the last one being urgent. I had scheduled service needed and I had to resort to another local plumbing company. I even put a testimonial on their web site in a negative fashion and it never got posted..that should be a sign right there. Do not waste your time and efforts getting soaked into the monthly 21 plus dollars a month to get discounted rates and

Terrible person...nearly took my door off with his van and then blamed me. And threatened to fight me in the parking lot of a fast food establishment. God forbid a small child or animal was walking around when he is driving. If his plumbing skills are anything like his attitude I wouldn't trust him to flush a toilet let alone fix one.

Excellent service! Efficient, professional and courteous! My husband and I would highly recommend On the Level Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. We called, and Ian and his crew came to our home right away, assessed the situation, knew exactly what the problem was and started working to correct it. The job was completed the same day and we could not be more pleased with the service. 5 Stars for sure!

I used them for a major job and it was horrible. After the owner (Ian) secured the job and got paid a large sum of money he NEVER came back! He sent a young technician to do the job and the same young technician back 4 times and 4 times he could not fix the problem he caused. You would think that Ian would have wanted to see what was happening… as it is his business but he could not be bothered. Then after being frustrated he advised that he would not be doing business with us and would "refund" my "peace of mind" payment which I paid in full for a year. He NEVER refunded that amount and

I had a leaky toilet which most likely lead to my water bill sky rocketing. Absolutely the most pleasant, knowledgeable, down to earth plumbing experience I have ever had. Everything from initial telephone call for some do it myself tips, to home visit was wonderful. On The Level Plumbing worked around my schedule and was able to fix my problem very reasonably and affordably. I will not hesitate to call On The Level Plumbing for any future plumbing issue.
