Feigned friendly & then gouged without quoting. Brittany the receptionist was very friendly & said they didn’t have a technician available, then actually to wait & just let her check in case a guy was nearby. She called back & serendipity, he was. Tony was awesome and fixed a clog quickly. I tipped him. I thought they were delivering excellent customer service because it worked out he was already nearby. Props to Brittany and Tony for making the company look great and delivering exceptional service because they could and almost making a lifelong customer that would have kept calling for reasonable

Schroeder Plumbing exceeded my expectations. My old galvanized pipes from the original homestead were failing. Everyone who I dealt with were very professional and courteous. After okaying the quote, which I thought was very fair, a date was scheduled for the work. A crew of 4 men showed up at the time scheduled. Trentyn, the crew chief, solved a tricky problem and the crew completed the job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend.

Much of our almost seventy year old sewage was failing right before we hosted a family gathering for my mother's 85th birthday at the house. Not only was the work done thorough, well executed and a success but when the work revealed other issues, Brian and his team generously went above and beyond to ensure we had no lingering issues.
