Colorado's climate is severe and tough on roofs. Metro Denver is often referred to as the "mile-high" city. The area is exposed to much greater UV exposure than a typical city. Colorado is known for breaking down architectural materials, including your commercial roofing. This harsh exposure takes its toll on every type of roof system.
In Colorado, where we are close to a mile above sea level, buildings are exposed to significantly higher levels of UV rays than buildings at lower elevation. These rays break down and age building materials, including your roof. At our elevation we face a freeze/thaw cycle unseen in other environments.
As a facility manager we understand you have an important, but sometimes misunderstood role in supporting and facilitating the operations of your business. You are responsible for parking lots, doors and windows, waste removal, lighting and electrical maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, cleaning, carpets, painting, systems furniture and more.

Western Roofing was a delight to work with. Everyone from the guys who came out to start the process, those who measured and installed the roof and fixed a few things to the people in the office were professional and helpful. Came out to inspect 10 Year Old Duro Last flat commercial roof that was leaking. They were not the original installers, Original contractor went out of business, apparently did not install it 10 years ago quite right.
Josh Mutter did an excellent job of getting my options together. He worked with Duro Last to get almost all of the repairs done under their manufacturers warranty !
When it comes time to do any of my roofs I will call JOSH FIRST !

We hired Western Roofing to replace a roof on a commercial building we own in Arvada, CO. Originally things were good until our tenant sent us a picture that they roofed OVER the entire vent system to the kitchen hood. As a result, the city made us bring the vent system and a number of other mechanical systems up to code which cost us over 9 months of delays and tons of additional $$$$$ before we could finally get our tenant open for business.
