Update- Dr. Wanezek has reached out to me a few time to explain the situation and I understand that with Covid there are additional steps that need to be completed. Still upset about it but I understand, he mentioned that they have made changes to policy to help prevent this from happening to someone else. They have made every attempt to rectify the missed appointment. Honestly they are a great dentist, if I had lived or workers closer this would not have been as big of a inconvenience for me, but when you drive 30 minutes to go there it says a lot of the service you receive but when things go

Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do but having my teeth cleaned always feels so much better. The staff here has always been so nice but my recent hygiene appointment with Tammy was great. She did an amazing job on my teeth! She was so thorough and gentle and communicated with me throughout the appointment leaving me feel very well taken care of. Thank you!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dentist! They are the most ill-equipped most incompetent dentist I have ever experienced in my 52 years of life! They can't get simple exams correct, they send you bills for things that you never approved of them doing or they never mentioned that it wasn't covered with your insurance! They gave me a tube of toothpaste and then sent me a bill for $26 that was never explained to me so of course I refused to pay!

Dr.s Phil and Tom and their staff are all warm, caring and friendly. They are more than happy to help out with questions or issues. Dr. Phil, in particular has gone way above the call of duty to help out my wife when she was pregnant and had a severe toothache.
Their staff are great with kids. I have four daughters and they all look forward to their dental visits.
I am thrilled that my new employer's dental plan includes Dr.s Phil and Tom in their network.
