I called to schedule a visit for Brian to look at the downstairs HVAC thermostat on my Bryant unit. Left a message and Brian got back to me within 30 minutes. After describing the problem to Brian he provided a quick fix over the phone at no charge. I appreciated the honest and helpful service. Zach got my no-heat service call on Sunday 2/14 -9F degrees, AFTER I called another furnace place that went out for $249 and said it would be $1500 to fix and they didn't have the part. Zach came out from Dale's and had the part from their inventory! My tenants had heat and a brand new draft-inducer motor and fresh air-cleaner too! Zach and Dale's saved the day without a doubt! I saved them in my phone for my future business!! A+ my friends, A+.

Every time I have used Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning in MADISON WI, a 5 STAR company, the work done was immediate and outstanding in every way. The 1 star review from Timothy A who lives in OHIO (on 8/27/2020) is for a DIFFERENT company, Perhaps he is referring to Dale's Heating and Cooling in Uhrichsville, OH. I've reviewed Brian's business before, this time it's for a quick, responsive and professional repair for our A/C. When your Veridian Homes sourced Goodman A/C unit fails, and it will fail, call Brian. In less than 24 hours, Brian replaced the motor and compressor unit. I called last night and he was here at noon. I highly recommend Dale's Heating and Cooling - transparent, professional, knowledgeable.

Dale's was recommended on Next Door and I couldn't be happier! I called them for a furnace on the fritz and Brian was able to squeeze me in last minute, was super nice, and explained everything. The price was super reasonable too. Dale's will be my go-to for any furnace issues from here on out.

Had a furnace issue and sent an early morning text, which was promptly returned by a phone call from Brian. We’ve used him for service issues in the past on a previous home with great experiences. He was happy to come look but also let me know that he’s unable to get same-day parts for our brand of furnace and recommended another company that would be able to get it fixed for me today, on a 10 degree morning. Appreciate his honesty in helping me get service set up today!

My AC unit is not working and I called Dale's this morning. I was able to schedule a visit after 6PM the same day. Brian kept me updated with a phone call and text as to when he will arrive. Brian explained the possible problems. The AC is up and running in less than hour. Brian was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Dale's if you have AC issues.

Last summer I was in my last trimester of pregnancy and the ac went out on the hottest day of the summer. I called my usual hvac company and they couldn't help me because it was after hours and they were booked. So I found Dales and he came right out and fixed it right away. He was very nice. Now I'm having him put in a new furnace. He is the most professional, affordable, and nicest in the area. I'd recommend him to anybody.
