I had a great experience with UCM they called me back quickly and came out the next day. This was great because we are having company the next day and I wanted everything to look nice. The gentleman who came was very neat and super friendly he did a very thorough job. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was terrific. I will definitely call them again especially now since we just got a new puppy, ut ohhh.

I hired this company to clean my carpet for a move out inspection. The company's representatives as well as the person who cleaned the carpet was very professional and kind. My carpet was perfectly cleaned and deodorized, which left the home smelling brand new. I received my full security deposit back with the help of this company. I would definitely recommend this company and will hire them again.

I bought a Groupon for a basic cleaning of a one bedroom, one bath condo. I was moving in so I wanted the dust, dirt removed from not being lived in. I even paid 20 extra so more could be done. I returned to see that there was still dirt in places. like the medicine cabinet, fireplace mantel, bathroom. I just wasn't satisfied. More could have been done. The person was very personable and seemed to have a great personality.
