Gail made the most decadent and beautiful cheesecake for our microwedding last weekend! It was a 10-inch New York style cheesecake with gingersnap crust and a whipped cream topping. Needed a last minute cake for a special occasion. She was the only person who replied thru facebook fast. I sent her what I wanted and she made it exactly as requested, and on time. It was a deliscious almond cake. Definitely requesting her service in the future.

Cheesecake Etc made our wedding cake and it was beautiful and delicious. Gail was an absolute delight to work with. She is genuinely passionate about what she does and you can see that passion in her cakes. We were not only blessed with Gail creating our own wedding cake but as vendors in the wedding industry we get to sometimes enjoy Gail's pastries/cakes at industry events. So I am having my coffee this morning, and wishing I had a cheesecake from Cheesecake Etc to go with it! I have been ordering cakes and cheesecakes from here for over ten years. My fiance and I decided to call Gail at Cheesecake Etc. for our wedding cake. We heard through the grapevine that she was one of the best. We had our free cake tasting with her today. If you call and set up a meeting with her, she will ask you what kinds of cake/frosting you want to try and you show up and she feeds you cake and draws you a sketch of what your creation will look like! SO GOOD and very competitively priced. Our cake is three layers that will serve up to 75 people and has fondant on one level and decorative work with buttercream on the other layers. No topper or flowers or anything
