Services
Saint Luke Academy is the first Orthodox School in Orange County, open to all faiths. We pride ourselves on being a wonderful place for children to grow in Christ, while receiving a high-quality education from a team that cares. St. Luke Academy is designed to serve the families and children of the community.
In the Little Lambs class we strive to learn lots of new words, talk, listen, and feed ourselves. We work on pulling toys, and carrying them while walking. We are exposed to numbers, letters, shapes and animals. Teachers encouraged us to walk, jump, and dance. We focus on getting used to every day skills so that we can grow and move on to the Seas Room!
In the Seas Room we work on developing our language skills, asking questions, understanding the order of daily routines, following tasks and understanding our accomplishments. Our teachers help us observe colors, numbers, shapes and animals. We begin playing along side our classmates. We stand on our tiptoes, walk up and down stairs, and kick balls on the playground.
In the Heaven's room we strive to solve problems, ask questions, and be aware of our body and surroundings. Our imaginations are supercharged as we make up stories and play pretend. Our teachers provide class concepts of sequence and cause and effect. We are encouraged to cut, write, and glue. We love to learn about our peers and build friendships at school!
By the time we reach Noah's Ark, we already know 100's of words! We work on using 5 to 6 words in a sentence and expressing our emotions. We are encouraged to write our names and use scissors with precision. Our teacher helps us learn our sight words and we have in-class experiments that help us learn about math at science.

Taking care of children is a delicate job and St. Luke Academy is failing. If it wasn’t for a promise I made to the administrator as well as the fact that i know other children will have long term emotional and psychological issues from attending this school and be set back academically I might have left this alone due to St. Luke Academy being connected to a church, now that my daughter is safe. But it is my responsibility to speak up.
The first two days at St. Luke our daughter came home from school with tears in her eyes. Then our daughter who is always upbeat and happy took on an aura of

We are so grateful we decided to enroll our first born at St. Luke Academy! As first-time parents, we were extremely selective/worried as where we may enroll our 18-month-old for daycare. Thankfully, enrolling our child at SLA was one of the best decisions we have made for our little one. We cannot stress enough the care, attention, and passion Mrs. Therese and her staff put behind everything they do at the academy. Mrs. Therese and her staff made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. Their personal care and attention to the children is amazing - we never felt like

St. Luke Academy has been such a blessing for us! My son Nicholas started attending when he was 18 months old and he LOVES it! He loves to play with the all the kids, he loves craft time, and most of all, he loves his teacher Mrs. Silvana. St. Luke Academy uses a great communication program called "Brightwheel" to check in/check out of school and to provide updates and send photos of your child which is so lovely. The school takes great safety measures by checking everyone's temperature each day and washing the kid's hands upon arrival and frequently throughout the day. They give me a small report
