The Supervisor/Crew Leader/Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. Some experience in lawn care is helpful but not required.
Work includes managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, maintaining records, monitoring work quality and work schedules, insuring crew safety, training employees, and providing performance feedback.The employee leads and participates in performing various landscaping and horticultural functions, building maintenance tasks, and equipment operation.

Jonah and the team at Prestige Landscaping fixed my driveway making it level and beautiful. They also trimmed bushes, trees and removed the over grown weeds from around my yard. Owner makes a good first impression, but not all that great a business experience overall, particularly with good communication. Emails sometimes go unanswered or long waiting for response, and doesn't return all phone calls. Too bad cuz the actual crew that comes out to cut is really good, but internal communication within the company is clearly lacking.

I contacted Prestige Landscaping to do an estimate for a patio. When we scheduled it, they arrived on time, and brought everything required to make an appropriate estimate.
Durring this process I found them to be very honest, up front, helpful, and very professional at all times.
The team arrived when scheduled, and worked hard throughout the day. They kept me informed of the timetable, and immediately addressed any questions or concerns. I was particularly impressed with their flexibility when I wanted to make an adjustment to the plan, and offered suggestions as to how they could accomplish
