My senior designer on a very large project for a large corporate company placed a large order with this business and due to time constraints he went to pick it up in person. The young woman at the front desk stated that they had assumed he was white for no apparent reason (he isn't) then the they continued to interrogate him while the owner watched on and demanded he sign each individual receipt before they would release the deliverables to him. While the resulting prints were acceptable they were by no means worth the uneasiness my co-worker experienced while trying to procure them. Honestly,
