My car came back worse than it was. He keep holding me up. Saying he will fix it . It been there for a month puls Than gave up on us and had to go some where else that know how to fix it. Every time I went in there he was at his desk drinking coffee. And when I got my car today there was dents under the hood on the battery. I’m never coming back to this place and the battery was completely dead. And he made us fix it are self.

Raisor Motors is a very good place to take your vehicle for service. I've gone to them for several years for mechanical repairs on quite a few of my vehicles. I've probably been a customer for nearly twenty years, and have never felt that I have been taken advantage or mistreated by them in any way. I would say that they are not only very competent mechanics, even better to me is that they have earned my trust. If they tell you that your car needs a certain repair, you can count on that being the truth.

I had an unfortunate and unpleasant experience with Raisor Motors. I was involved in a minor car accident and brought my vehicle to them to have an under the hood evaluation. They were very kind and I felt they did a great job of evaluating the damage to my car and presenting their findings. I went Raisor because they were recommended by a friend and they are local. I was told that they would prepare an estimate for me by that following Monday which was only 2-3 days from the day of my cars evaluation. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received the estimate. I have called and

My husband has taken his vehicles to Raisor Motor for years, but we will not be using them again. We took my car into have the alternator replaced. 11 days and hundreds of dollars later we were told it was ready to go. Went to pick it up and Doug hands me the hood prop tells me to get another one because this one was crap and was in the way so they took it off. Then he has a woman check me out. Paid and started to leave when I notice the gages were not working. When I went back inside Doug said you must have done something before you brought it to us! I said no I drove it to you and it was fine

My family took our vehicles to Raisor for years, but in recent years the management changed. We no longer take our vehicles there due to a multiple unresolved issues replacing the timing belt in our vehicle in 2013. The mechanic did not tighten the belt, tighten the valve cover or properly install the new gaskets!
Raisor acknowledged their mistake (they said the mechanic was no longer employed there) but would not complete the repair or reimburse me for a repair of more than $400 at the Honda dealer!

I can't say enough good things about Raisor Motor Company! I felt the cost of my repairs were very reasonable. I didn't feel like anyone was talking down to me (I'm a female and it does happen). I was treated so well! They even picked me up at home so I could pick up my car. The employees couldn't have been nicer and everything that was done to my car was explained to me. I highly recommend Raisor Motor Company for any work you may need done!
