In practice since 1989, Dr. Massey began working as an associate chiropractor upon his graduation from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He had always wanted to return to his home area, and when the opportunity presented itself to take over the chiropractic office of Dr. Stanley Stepp, he took it.
Chiropractic care, as delivered in our office, seeks to discover the cause of your problem and not simply treat the symptoms it is causing. Our approach works to minimize or eliminate your need for medications or surgery. At Massey Chiropractic, we have various techniques, modalities and rehabilitation options to use in jump-starting your healing and ensuring that you continue to progress along the way to reaching your goals.

A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Dr. Massey was born and raised in our regional community. He graduated in 1982 from Bradley Central High School. He and his wife Kelley have two sons: Austin and Tyler. When it was time to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Massey moved to Marietta, Georgia and enrolled at Life University.
Due to the growing number of cervical spine (neck) related problems we are seeing at Massey Chiropractic, our office has sought out a variety of techniques and services to more effectively treat them.
Decompression therapy applies a gentle and regulated stretching force to the neck in an effort to open disc spaces and create a negative pressure (vacuum) effect within the disc, which can help to draw nutrients, fluid, and/or bulging or herniated disc material back into the disc space where it belongs.

As a new patient we all know it generally takes a while to get an appointment, however Kelly was able to get me in to see Dr. Massey quickly which is So important when you are in a lot of pain. Dr. Massey was thorough, friendly and gave me confidence in his abilities to get me on the road to complete recovery soon. I'm so appreciative of both Kelly and Dr. Massey and I gladly recommend Massey Chiropractic to anyone looking for their services! Beautiful nice clean office as well, very welcoming atmosphere.
