At state farm Sammie Bostrom very friendly and accomadating.you do get a small grace period window for payments, which is nice.would recommend this agent.Have vehicles motorcycles and house insurance all in one payment which is reasonable and can be on a monthly payment plan instead of one large payment every months or yearly.

I called Erika to renew my renters insurance and to inquire about bundling with car insurance. As someone very new to doing this, it was super nice to have someone walk through everything with me and explain what the new insurance would cover vs. the insurance I was previously paying for. I felt no pressure to switch or sign up for anything extra. I ended up saving over $20 a month on car insurance for better coverage and roadside assistance. I would highly recommend looking at insurance through here!

We have had State Farm forever, when we moved back to this area we came to Sammie and have been dealing alot with Johna. I cannot say enough on how she has helped us with any and everything!! From deer/ car accidents to fender benders to needing wind shields replaced to our camper being totalled!! She has been there day and night for us! I am never afraid to call and ask her opinion!! Best agent we’ve ever had!!

I recently had a windshield issue, rock chip cracked throughout the day and seemed to come out of nowhere after work on Tuesday.
Wednesday morning, I called the office and Johna assisted me greatly placing the claim for a glass replacement and she was terrific!
Thursday morning, Auto Vision Center showed up and replaced the windshield at my work in about 30-45 minutes. Very professional and painless.
All this took me about 5 minutes of phone time and nothing out of pocket! Very happy!
