We have come here every month for the last six months to visit Disneyland. It's unfortunate, because the rooms are decent. But many times we are not give ADA accessible and the busses they are running are not ADA compliant.

For the last three months we haven't been able to ride the bus to / from Disneyland, even with calling them to ask for the ADA bus. We have had to take the wheel chair scooter down the road to the hotel or from the hotel to Disneyland. This trip was both directions! The last two times the scooter went to red on the battery and we didn't think we were going

This hotel is horrible. The rooms need a total overhaul and that's putting it lightly. By far the best part is the free shuttle that takes you to and from Disneyland.. but to be honest, it does not make it worth staying here. There was a chair with a broken leg in our room, the carpets were stained, and the bathroom wall was warped and looked like it had mold that had just been patched up to cover it. I felt dirty staying there. Not worth a dime of my money. I will never stay here again.

Would not even give one star if possible, hotel is outdated, overrated and over priced. You're charged one amount upfront and get additional charges without being informed about at checkout. Will never stay here again, didn't last one night... old hotel with rooms that show their age, foul smell in bathroom and shuttle service was old school bus. There's nothing "Majestic" here, better and less expensive hotels nearby and closer to the park. Bad service also, in person and over phone.

My family and I have been coming here for years. This time the gal at the reception area (short dark hair) was so STONE cold. Paying lots of money to be here and was hoping for a kind and somewhat warm welcome. please smile and make your PAYING guests feel welcome and like you want them to come back.

Our party of 5 stayed here in July. It was a lovely experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are all Disney themed and felt very magical!
The grounds were beautiful, and there were tiny ducks and fish at the pond. The pool was nice, and had music pumped in (but you couldn't hear it in the rooms).
Breakfast was delicious. They always served us quickly, which was helpful as we wanted to get on the shuttle to get to Disney. Speaking of, the shuttle was the highlight of our stay. They were so kind and helpful. They made sure every person had a ride to and from the parks.
We will absolutely

Worst experience I've ever had:
filthy guest room; changed guest room for little improvement;
no water available onsite outside of store hours (not even a drinking fountain); non-operational vending machines; rude and abrupt staff; housekeeping did not ever visit in 3 days/nights; called housekeeping for towels - no one showed up, and then I was called and asked to pick up the towels myself from the lobby; mini-fridge was loudly bussing all night; toilet broke twice and would not flush two nights in a row; walls so thin I could hear conversations from next room; shuttle service was fine

We’ve stayed here MANY times and this time around was VERY disappointing! We arrived an hour and a half before check in due to the time change in Arizona and our grand-baby was very car sick, so we asked to please check in early so we could shower and clean her up, I even offered to pay extra. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very rude and unsympathetic to my grand babies situation! I’ve never had such a bad experience here or been treated with such unkindness and flat out disrespect. I have recommended this hotel to all of my family on many occasions, but I will NEVER stay here again, so

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, there is plenty to do in the hotel including an arcade, pool, and three different dining options from a cafe to sushi. The castle theme is well done and popular with the kids, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland.

We got a good deal on a last-minute room here for a quick Disneyland trip. The lobby is well maintained and I see what they're trying to do with the decor. It is a nice effort!

However, the walls are paper-thin. I could hear one of my neighbor's complete conversation, and I'm fairly certain the person on the other side had a parrot of some sort. You can feel every spring of the mattress and the pillows are flat.

Most of the staff were nice, and it was great to have a shuttle to and from the park.

Overall, I think the price you pay is worth the negatives.

The hotel is super close to Disneyland, and it is clean, but the beds are so uncomfortable! After a full day at Disneyland with a toddler a comfy bed is a must, right?! I woke up with such bad back pain I could barely move the rest of the day. My toddler couldn't sleep well, and neither could my husband. If you have any back issues, steer clear from this hotel. Is unsupportive mattresses are your thing, Trina is the right place for you.

Yes the rooms are a bit dated but I love that the shuttle runs between the hotel and Disneyland and you don't have to summon one. Also day 2 I had to rent a scooter cos of arthritis and they made sure I had a ride in the scooter capable bus to and from park.
Shout out to Brian the gentleman that the reviewer before me bad mouthed. She's just made cos he called her and her other rider out for cutting. People were waiting down the line as we always do while waiting for the regular bus. And they apparently thought they could just snatch the front spot. Anyhoo, Brian asked if I'd

Very clean and nice hotel. Fast check-in and walked to Disney parks. Only about a quarter mile further walk than if you used the Disney parking garage.. First time at the hotel and would love to stay again if I ever vacation at LA again.

This is our hotel we come to all the time when we go to Disneyland, Also very close to Disneyland. It's an older hotel, but they keep it clean, decorate it during the holidays, and staff here is super friendly. You won't regret staying here.

This will be the last time we stay at the Anaheim Majestic Hotel. Rooms need a serious makeover, beds are like sleeping on box springs, shuttle for disabled wheelchair users is ridiculous. There is literally only one shuttle that accommodates one wheelchair so if there are 50 disabled persons staying there you'll be waiting a long while even if you call their required 1 hour before pickup.
Very disappointed for paying nearly 200$ a night.

The hotel is very charming. The holiday decorations are beautiful, and the shuttle to Disney Resort was convenient. And the Japanese restaurant was amazing.
Cons: $20 parking cost, no breakfast, and rooms, though nice,, could use some updating.

Tonight is our first night at the Majestic Garden Hotel for our 2-Disneyland trip. Overall the stay has been just what we needed to get some rest for the next day. The lobby will sure get you in the holiday spirit with the decorations. We chose this hotel because it was one of the few that had its own shuttle to and from the park. The shuttle is very convenient and sticks to the posted schedule. The room is nice overall, was hoping to watch some tv when we got back tonight but the cable wasn't coming through.

I would definitely recommend if you need a hotel for the family for a short trip

This isn't a real "negative" post so I'm kind of nitpicking. The first thing is 2 words....fabric softener. I know there are hypoallergenic kinds on the market. The sheets and towels were terribly scratchy. Just plain uncomfortable. They also may have had the firmest hotel bed I've ever slept on, almost equivalent to sleeping on the floor. No give at all.

The walls are paper thin. Hearing the neighbors having a conversation in their room was the norm. If you had neighbors that weren't very considerate, you would hear doors opening and closing at all hours. Not to

Horrible experience and we didn't even stay 1 night. The room was oddly laid out and smelled musty. Furniture was dirty (visibly stained) and creaky.

We called to ask about changing rooms and was told they were booked up. Saw online that rooms were actually available and called the front desk again. We could overhear the staff making snide remarks about us on the line and then was told that it was "our fault" for using the word "upgrade" when we were just asking to change rooms and were offered a downgraded room that was actually much better. The girl on the phone and

I booked this hotel as a part of a Costco travel package to Disneyland. I will admit I had a twinge of regret when I read some of the reviews. I am happy to say that we had a pleasant stay. The deli and lounge offer some good food options for last minute meals. The shuttles had drop off and pickups every 15 minutes. The longest wait was when everyone was trying to leave the park at night so that understandable.
We were able to pre check in when we arrived into town and leave our bags so that we could hop a shuttle and go to the park. We got back later that evening and our room was ready.

Mediocre hotel. The first floor/lobby look fine when first arriving, but it's not until walking to the elevator you realize the quality you're walking into. The smell of the hotel is horrid. It's a mixture of smoke, old furniture, and sewage. Ew, the sewage. I'm smelling it as I'm writing this review because I smelt it the whole first night sleeping in the hotel room. The hotel is huge, but I literally get lost every time I go back to the room. The "map" they gave me doesn't help and neither do the markings on the wall. Room size is pretty decent and it was

The staff are nice, but not once did anyone ask about our stay, how we were, if we needed anything. Not once did they say good morning or afternoon, or thanks for staying with us, It was just very robotic and off putting. Upon arrival they checked us in well, but then told us to go to the right to get to our room, but our room was at the far back of the hotel, which taking the diagonal path through the center saved us 3 minutes of walking. With all our bags and after just arriving this makes a big difference on impression.

The Rooms:
Our room was very clean for carpets, sheets, the basics...

We stayed for 4 nights at Anaheim majestic hotel during our trip to Disneyland. The stay was neither good nor bad.
Pros: Room was good size, Shuttle transport service to Disneyland, Has a store inside where you can purchase food, drinks, travel essentials, etc and is open till 11PM
Cons: WiFi is so slow and bad that your phone would keep alternating between WiFi and LTE, the LTE signal is also super bad inside the hotel, the bathroom was so tiny that there was no space at all to dry myself when I got out of the shower, the air conditioning wasn't good enough that we were sweating in the middle

Loved our stay here! It's definitely an older hotel but they try hard, it's kitschy-cool and the price was right. Some folks dinged it for having "thin walls" and being hard to find your way around the property, but me and my teen kids had no problems with either. We got to not town early, and I was pleasantly surprised by the front desk trying for an early check-in, giving me a pass to park and ride the free shuttle to Downtown Disney while we waited, and offering to call me when the room was ready.

What I loved, in order of experience:

Not much has changed since my last review. We thought we would give it another shot simply because of the shuttle service.
It's still loud. The room next to us kept trying to open the joining door saying she was looking for a phone. Then they decided to have their family reunion in the hallway at 10pm. Next, 5am rolls around and I my child and I get to enjoy their conversation about how they keep their genitalia clean. I did call the front desk, nothing was done.
The hotel it's is average, beds are hard, sheets are like sandpaper.

I feel like this hotel has a lot of potential, especially being a Disneyland "good neighbor" hotel and with the theme/decor they have going on. However, I was not very impressed. Don't get me wrong, if you are just looking for a place to crash in between Disney, this hotel will be fine, but come with low expectations.

My husband and I basically just used this hotel to crash after being at the park literally all day, so we didn't take advantage of really anything else inside the hotel or get a chance to visit the gardens or pool that are on the premises. Pool seemed to be busy
