We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as personal check and cash. We are Fostoria's only full-service law office, and one of a few in Seneca County that provides such a vast array of services. We are centrally located to many courts and maintain a second office in Putnam County to assist client west of Findlay. We have our own full-service real estate title agency for closings and the issuance of title insurance policies and preliminary judicial reports.

After watching family members go through a rough time legally after a death, we sought someone to help us make sure our kids and everything else was taken care of. We're so glad we went to Tim Hoover's office. He helped to guide us through everything we would need and made the process painless. He even went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. Tim was professional and showed genuine care for our family's well being, which is something I could not put a price on. We'll definitely be bringing any other business to him in the future.
