If I could give the 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to get a PCR Test done if you need it for traveling purposes. I called and spoke to Kristine over the phone on Tuesday, Aug 10th and explained we were traveling and would need our PCR test result for Saturday, Aug 14th, she assured me that I would have the results back by Friday, Aug 13th and that they would give me a call. They never called nor did I receive our results that day. I tried calling and emailing them endlessly on Friday, Aug 13th no one answered nor did anyone reply to my emails. I wish they lived by me I would change doctors in a heart beat!! The nurses and doctor at this place were so helpful and amazing today!!! I was out of town with my son and he ended up getting sick and I needed a Covid test ASAP and they got me in fast and was so helpful after I was a hot mess trying to figure everything out. They deserve ten stars not five!!!! Thank you again ❤️

Honestly, initially I was not going to go to the location because the picture made me think it was a rapid test site only, but once I got a callback from the office all of my expectations were exceeded and continue to rise with every interaction. Not only was the Doctor super efficient, but we had to see him on a holiday and there is no up charge. We could not find a place that had the prescription so he kept calling and helping us try to find a location open that would see us. He even found a pharmacy and called I a favor just so that we could get the medicine because our infant needed it. Dr

Amazing service. My kids were in Florida and needed care while out of town. They stayed late, (10:30pm)to service us and were very thorough with testing for covid and then following up with the results as soon as they received them. I highly recommend the doctor and his staff! We will go back if we are in town and in need of care again.

This doctor and his staff are absolutely amazing ! I called and they helped me book a same day appt. Online i am about 100 miles away almost 2 hours and i drove there out of all places i could have picked bc they were very accommodating from the start ! I let them know what i needed and they took care of everything even met me at the car and proceeded our visit outside which is one of the things i loved the most bc my child didn't want to go into a building ! Thank you all so much for going above and beyond the call of duty, for taking your professions seriously , and for loving what you do it

We needed pediatric urgent care service and just move to Florida from Georgia transitioning out of the military at the moment we don’t have insurance. Fair price for an awesome service and treatment. My kid liked it he felt welcome and everybody was very attentive. Myself like the price, clean and didn’t wait at all for service. Very good experience. Highly recommend it.

Very very very happy with the whole staff! Our doctor is out of town so I did some research on who could replace our doctor which is literally irreplaceable.
You can trust me when I tell you that I take my research seriously. Dr. Hirschfield was just what we were looking for. Fantastic pediatric urgent care! We were on vacation from Ohio and our 4 month old got sick. We called at 8 am and they were able to get us in right away. Dr.Hirschfield was very thorough and kind. Great bedside manner. Explained everything to us in friendly understandable terms. Definitely a place I would recommend to others!

Dr. Hirschfield and his staff were perfect. We just moved to the area, and are in the middle of switching insurances. Our 2 year old had gotten sick and we had to find somewhere to go. After calling around and being turned down, my wife found the best rated urgent care pediatrician in the area. There's a reason for the rating. Dr. Hirschfield delivers an experience that we've been looking for in the medical field for a long time. A true caring, and honest experience that got our little boy the help he needed, and eased our worries. We are definitely going back to him for our future needs!
