I had them come in to provide me with an estimate to repair a corner of my carpet as well as clean the carpet once the repair was done. Mark seems very knowledgeable. We set the appointment for the following Friday at 9 AM, I explained I had a meeting set for 1:30 and would need to be done before this time. He called the office and confirmed the appointment and the availability of the crew and equipment. It is now noon and they are a no show.
