After years of working with The Shirt Factory and having great results, I felt that it was important to write a review explaining about my most recent experience. Hopefully, no others will be treated with the same lack of respect.
I have a client that needs 12 jackets embroidered with a very simple text logo. I called The Shirt Factory on Sept. 12th and left a message on the sales line. I hadn't heard anything by the 14th and left another message, this time the CSR line.
On Sept. 18th, I actually got in touch with someone who told me I need to speak with Keven. She wrote down my name and number
