The worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company, especially Dwann Taylor! She made our buying experience a nightmare! She went so far as sharing confidential information about other deals, accusing us of lying, and question our banking institution, which is arguable the most reputable one in the city! As a Pastor, Dwann almost made me give up on a great property! Thankfully, we were able to work with Hahns Kiefer! I recommend them! Ms Taylor even gave them grief! The experience was a nightmare, unprofessional, and as a pastor, I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! If you are

Dishonest agent that does not represent clients well. They also charge an additional $250 commission fee. Inspect every paper you sign with ERA. Poor communication. Would not hear back from agent till 10 pm every time when agent said “I’ll give you a call at 5pm.” Go to FC Tucker for a buyers agent.

I had a great experience in purchasing my home. David Woods treated me like a human being. I couldn't get the listing agent to show me the property, and had 3 other MLS realtors that didn't return my calls. I left a message late on a Friday evening and expected to not get a call til Monday if even a return call. The next morning, David called me back. This was a Saturday. He took the time that day to show me the property. This was low dollar property, but he treated me with respect and as if I was his first priority. He stayed in touch with me through the entire process and helped me through closing

Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone to use them. I had listed my home with another company. ERA, Soraia Bell , was representing the buyers. Soraia was horrible to work with throughout the whole process, lied about multiple things throughout. The day before we were set to close Soraia had taken the buyers over to our home to do their final walk though. That was perfectly fine. However, throughout the whole time of the walk through she was in contact with my realtor she lied about multiple things; she tried to say there were multiple bags of trash in the home which was not true.
