We specialize in supporting Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers and Contractors in the design and construction of new and existing highly functional buildings and systems.
Steve Eirschele PE has completed commissioning (Cx) services for a wide variety of buildings and systems for over 30 years. His experience spans from setting up and overseeing the Cx process to hands-on test engineer services involving extensive field time.
With over 30 continuous years in the design and construction of MEP systems, we can provide you with consultation, whether it's a quick over the shoulder review or a more extensive study or analysis.Steve Eirschele has been a registered professional engineer in Washington and Wisconsin for over 30 years.

IDRI - ECS served as the Owner's Rep and Commissioning Agent for IDRI's new headquarters. Our primary responsibilities were to manage and coordinate the design and construction process from concept design thru move-in and occupancy. OUS / OHSU - ECS teamed with Day CPM Services to provide owners rep services for this impressive 300,000 SF, $150 million 33-month collaborative instruction and research facility.
