I can say that this job is probably the only company willing to work with life's demands that come up unexpectedly as far as attendance and scheduling. They have helped me with schedule changes several times throughout the year to make being a single mom and working a little more manageable. My TL and my manager have went above and beyond to help me become a better employee and a better person. They continue to push me more each day and they never give up on me as an individual.
The only thing I hope improves is that every inbound CSR be trained in at least one outbound campaign so that the stress

Elead it self love,especially the manager. But, the trainer was not a good one for me, she was very unprofessional and harassing my entire three days training under her, I couldn't learn anything, for the harassing. I felt I had to remove myself from her personal view. Even then, she followed me and I caught her talking to the guy that was with her previously. Very unprofessional.

What I really don't seem to understand is how someone can come to the company with double digit years of experience start out in groud level like everyone else. Not ask for any special treatment or position that they believe they deserve. Be #1 out if 999 for 3.5 years Straight Years, try to advance themselves and personally do favors for the highest level of management ie. Be the most positive person in the call center and example of how they want others to be and outgoing No Matter What! Then be released from the company after it was purchased from another company (in which he had a hand in helping

I thoroughly enjoy working at Eleadone. The management honestly care and support their employees. The sincerity of the Management team is phenomenal. A couple of months Prior to moving to Valdosta, I submitted my application online and was told as soon as I get to Valdosta come in and complete the application process and I was hired on the spot and have been every since. I love the fact I can take my lunch and breaks at my convenience. Managers does not hover over you. They are extremely helpful.

I worked here for a month and I hated it here. It honestly isn't for everyone and I applaud people who stick with it. It just wasn't for me. I had no issues with the team leaders as they were helpful and kind. Although, you will learn more from workers if you want to move up....I advise you to listen to the advice of people in higher campaigns.

I absolutely LOVE IT!!! its so easy and they are very very very flexible and work with your schedule your not selling anything do you font feel pressure to pressure the people on the phone. You can shift trade with your self. Can go in on off days to get extra hours. Up to 50 hours a week. You can move up fast within the company.

A lot of money to be made if you have what it takes to make it. No other place i know pays you a bonus for coming to work on time and when scheduled PLUS they pay you an extra percentage on your standard bonus for extra time you put in over your base hours. Here in inbound we can work up to 60 hours a week right now. Oh yea and annual FunDay/Employee appreciation. What are you waiting for apply now!

I love working here, it is so easy to move up as long as u do what is required of you which is basically good customer service. They pay great and always have a way for u too make more. Very flexible with your work schedule.
