The first of February, prior to the freeze, my 83 yr old neighbor called Daniels Plumbing for a leaking toilet. It needed a new wax ring. The plumber talked her into replacing the toilet, as well as both of her old, but functioning hot water heaters. He charged her $5000 to replace the hot water heaters, saying, "I will throw in the new toilet."
Please note that, during the freeze, I had two hot water heaters replaced in my house due to freeze damage for $2400. (Mine were more difficult to replace, since they had to go up pull down attic stairs). I did not use Daniels Plumbing

I will never use this plumber ever again.
Talk about price gouging... They came to my house and to fix 2 toilets. The tech quoted $1400 for an all day job. He was done in an hour and a half and said it was easier than he originally thought but he still had to charge me for a whole day because that is how they charge, but gave me a $200 discount. Big Deal! The owner never called me back and that is just bad business.
Then we had the problem with the Houston freeze. They estimated $485 PER LEAK! That's just plain criminal for something that literally takes minutes. That's right

The company responded quickly and was able to send a tech for a quote the next morning. He was clean and polite. The quote was high, call it X. I raised my eyebrows, and the price dropped 10%. I suggested leaving the area open for another firm was company. The price dropped a little more., another 5%.
Two other firms came, quoted identical repairs for x/2. Selected firm got it done the same day.

Two Sundays ago, I used the Yelp app to find a plumber and request estimates to fix a leaking toilet. I chose Daniel's Plumbing and they were able to send Jeremiah out that afternoon after church.
He did a great job of diagnosing the problem, providing repair options, and then executing my chosen repair at a fair price.
I was happy with the prompt, friendly, and professional service provided by Daniel's Plumbing and would hire them again.

I would rate this company at zero stars if I could. I called them out to check our water heater. The technician showed up when they said he would but without any close inspection of the tank, told me that I would need to buy a specific part myself and that he could install it for 1300 dollars. When I questioned him on this amount (which is almost twice what it cost me to have this heater replaced and installed) his only response was "hmmm". I escorted him off my property and called a different company that agreed that estimate was extreme. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

A true 5 star experience! I have now used Daniel's Plumbing several times. Each time the technicians arrive on time with exceptional communication with the office staff! Mike most recently installed a complete kitchen faucet set. He is very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and he's great with dogs! The staff and technicians at this company do not sell you anything you do not need! They will take the time to answer questions.

From the moment Alfred answered the phone and set up an emergency appointment until he and his colleague left our home, our Daniels Plumbing experience was excellent! They arrived on time and found and solved our problem right away with a great attitude. The price was reasonable as always. It's no fun having a plumbing problem, but Daniels Plumbing makes it not quite so bad!

We called Daniels Plumbing after a co-workers recommendation to diagnose a leak on our toilet upstairs. They came, drilled a hole on our ceiling in the kitchen directly downstairs and found no problem and determined that the leak was from the base of the toilet. The description they put in the invoice is "Found glue joint was bad at toilet flange, replaced flange and reset toilet". For this work, they charged us $625!! My husband and I were not at the house when they came so my father-in-law thought he needed to pay which he did using his credit card. We found this to be unfair given
